Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we collect when you book a pass through teronextevents.com, why we collect it, and who else is involved.

What we collect
- Attendee name — printed on the pass and checked at the entrance.
- Phone number — the pass is issued against this number. It is required.
- Email address — optional. Used only to send the pass and receipt.
- Booking details — pass types and quantities, number of children below ten, and any names of accompanying family or friends you choose to provide.
- Payment reference — the payment identifier returned by our payment processor. We never receive or store card numbers, CVVs or UPI credentials.
- A one-way hash of the booking IP address — used only to detect abuse such as bulk automated bookings. The raw address is not stored.
Why we collect it
- To issue, deliver and verify your pass at the event.
- To process your payment and keep a record of it.
- To answer your questions and resolve booking problems.
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Who else is involved
- Razorpay — processes payments. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and are subject to their privacy policy.
- Our email provider — delivers the pass and receipt to the address you give us.
- The event organiser — the organiser of the event you booked for receives the attendee list so that passes can be checked at the entrance.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking scripts on this site.
What is visible to others
- Your pass page is reachable by its link. On that page, phone number and email address are masked — for example +91 •••• 567.
- The attendee name is shown, because it must be checked against photo identification at the entrance.
- The ticket desk and the event organiser can see your full contact details, for the purpose of matching payments and checking passes.
- Passes issued as complimentary are name-locked and require photo identification.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete a booking's contact details once the event is over.
Your choices
- Email is optional — leave it blank and we will only issue the digital pass.
- You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about your booking, or ask us to correct it.
- You may ask us to delete your contact details after the event.
